Modern Arnis ist ein Philippinisches Kampfkunst- und Selbstverteidigungssystem. Es wurde von Professor Remy Presas entwickelt und enthält viele Techniken mit Stock, Messer, Machete und Langstock, sowie waffenlose Verteidigungsanwendungen und Anyos.
Das folgende Beispiel zeigt die Bandbreite von Modern Arnis.
Modern Arnis is a Filipino martial arts system created by Professor Remy Presas that incorporates many empty hand techniques and stickfighting, machete, sibat (longstaff), tactical knife training and Anyos. The following demonstration is a prime example of Modern Arnis.
